2.5 volt mini replacement bulbs. Package includes 5 mini replacement bulbs. These are your most common mini replacement bulbs and work for most strings with 50 or 100 lights (any time 50 lights are in one series). These are NOT meant to be used in heavy duty 2.5 volt light sets which generally have 150+ lights or icicle light strands with 150 or 300 lights. For more options on wattage and a universal pinched base bulb, please consider purchasing replacement bulbs from our other brand, 612 Vermont. How do I make sure these are the right bulbs for my light set?
Most light sets have a white tag near the male plug of the light set. On this tag, there should be a notation something along the lines of "replace only with 2.5 volt bulbs". After the voltage is determined, you then need to check the be sure that the amperes (mA or A) are correct. Sometimes this will be written just after the voltage, and sometimes it is only mentioned at the bottom of the tag. Please give us a call if you have any questions: 877-750-0971!
Are these bulbs pinched at the base of the glass portion?
Unfortunately, these bulbs are no longer pinched at the base, but this traditional rounded shape is most commonly used in light sets. They should work in about 95% of the light sets made today that require a 2.5 volt bulb. If you are looking for a pinched base option, please reference our sister website:

Please note: Because of the many varieties of bases/sockets on mini lights, these bulbs don't not come with bases. It is important to hold on to your old bases, so that these new bulbs can be assured a good fit. In order to replace bulb, bend wires straight, pull bulb out from base, and then slip the new bulb in place.
