Cast Iron Floor Drain Cover measures 6 3/4" in diameter.  Measures 1/4 inch in thickness. Suitable for walking traffic. Painted DARK GRAY. Other sizes available.
 
Diameter of full strainer: 6-3/4"
Diameter of the holes: 3/8" (can be a little irregular but this is the target)
There is NO center hole in this strainer.

    Found - Rare Cast Iron Drain Grate

    I was asked by my elderly neighbor if I could find a new grate for her 1960's garage floor drain. After checking a few big box home-improvement stores, a nice employees at Lowe's suggested a local plumbing distributor that just began selling to the public. I went down, and showed the rusty broken-in-half grate to the guy, and he just shook his head and said "can't help you". He said if I knew the manufacturers name and model number, he might be able to look it up for me. I told him I just needed a 6 and 3/4-inch round drain cover. He said "check on-line". So I checked on-line and found it at Hard-to-Find Items. The price was great, and the selection included just what I needed. My neighbor was very pleased that it arrived quickly and fit her drain. I will say that the cover was actually only 6 5/8 inches in diameter, but it fit with no problems. The 6 3/4 inch grates are VERY difficult to find. This one was close enough! Thanks HTFI!
